Print Aura LK (“we”, “us”) operates www.printauralk.com. This page explains what information we collect when you use our website, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

Information you give us

When you request a quote — through the quote form or on WhatsApp — we receive the details you provide: your name, contact number, email address (if given), your 3D files, and any notes about your project. We use this information only to prepare your quote, produce your order and communicate with you about it. Your design files are treated as confidential, are never shared with third parties, and are never used for anything other than your own order.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages visited, approximate location (country/city level), device type, and how you found us. This uses cookies and collects data in aggregate; it does not personally identify you. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

WhatsApp and social platforms

Much of our communication happens on WhatsApp. Messages you send us there are governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy in addition to this one. Links to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok take you to those platforms, which have their own policies.

How long we keep your data

We keep quote requests and order details for as long as needed to serve you and maintain our business records. If you’d like your files or details deleted, message us and we’ll remove them.
