Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Quote requests. Your name, phone number, email address (optional), material, quantity, notes, and the 3D file you upload.
- WhatsApp, phone and email. The messages, photos and files you send us, and your name and number as WhatsApp shows them.
- Orders. What you ordered, the price, payments, and delivery details such as your address when we courier a print to you.
- Website use. Which pages are visited and how people found us, through Google Analytics. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them — see our Cookie Policy.
We only ask for what we need to quote, make and deliver your order. We don’t buy data about you, and we don’t sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
Why we use it
- To prepare your quote, make your order, deliver it and talk to you about it.
- To keep the accounting records the law requires, such as quotations and invoices.
- To understand which pages help visitors, so we can improve the site — only with your consent.
Your design files are confidential. We use them only to make your order, never share them with other customers, and never print or sell your design for anyone else.
Who helps us handle it
We use a few trusted services to run the studio. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job:
- Vercel hosts this website and stores the files you upload with a quote request.
- Sanity stores quote requests so we can read and answer them.
- Resend sends the confirmation email for your quote request.
- Zoho holds our quotations and invoices.
- Google Firebase holds our job tracker: the customer, the job and its progress.
- Google Analytics measures website visits (see the Cookie Policy).
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries our chats. Messages are also kept on our own phones and studio computer so we can keep track of orders.
Some of these services store data on servers outside Sri Lanka. We only use well-known providers that protect the data they hold for us.
How long we keep it
- Files uploaded with a quote request are deleted from the website automatically after 7 days.
- Download links for quotation and invoice PDFs expire after 30 days.
- Quotations, invoices and payment records are kept for as long as Sri Lankan tax law requires us to keep business records.
- Other details are kept only as long as we need them to serve you, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and send you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
- delete your information (see below);
- stop using your information for something you no longer agree to, including withdrawing consent for analytics cookies.

Deleting your data
To have your information deleted, message us on WhatsApp (+94 70 494 9070) or email info@printauralk.com. Tell us the name and phone number or email you used with us, and whether you want everything deleted or only something specific, like a file.
We’ll delete your quote requests, files, chats we hold, and job-tracker entries, and confirm when it’s done. The only thing we keep is what the law requires, such as invoices for orders you paid for, and we use those for our accounts only.
Keeping it safe
Our systems are protected by passwords and access controls, and only the people who run the studio can see customer details. Uploaded files sit at private, unguessable links, and are removed after 7 days.
Children
Our services are for adults. If you’re under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll publish the new version here with a new date at the top.
